Function stepBy

stepBy<T>(iterable: ReverseSizedIterable<T>, n: number): ReverseSizedIterable<T>
Takes every nth of the iterable, first item inclusive.

If n is 0 or greater than the size of the iterable, only the first item will be yielded.
